Exchange and Refund:

HUAWEI-SERIES PRODUCT

Exchange accepted standards:

Product must be purchased from shophuawei.com.kw.

1. If the delivered package is in good condition:

2. a) The exchange can be accepted only if the period from the date of signing the POD (proof of delivery) to the date of raising the exchange request is within 14 days and the package should not be opened

2. NOT VALID FOR EXCHANGE

(a) The product is not sold by shophuawei.com.kw, according to the serial number or IMEI.

(b) The exchange period of the product has expired.

(c) User did not follow product instructions for use, maintenance, service and cause of the damage.

(d) The product has been water exposure, humidity or extreme temperature or environmental conditions, or the exposure to the foregoing conditions of rapid change, or been corrosion, oxidation or food or liquid spills or affected by chemicals.

(e) The malfunction of product occurs due to unauthorized maintenance, misuse, crash, neglect, soaking, accident, alteration, or incorrect installation. The label, serial number, or anti-counterfeiting label is torn or altered.

(f) The exchanged items are incomplete.

(g) The warranty evidence including invoice and warranty card is unavailable, altered, or are not consistent with the purchase made.

(h) For exchange reason of logistics damages on delivery, missing parts, or wrong items, customer has signed for the product but can’t provide related proof or certificate from shipping company.

(i) Software products are not eligible for warranty service of digital products in shophuawei.com.kw

1. Return services

1.1 Return without quality problems

1.1.1 Return Accepted Standard

1. Return Accepted Standard: Product must be purchased from I2 website and can be returned either before receiving the product, or within 14 days after receiving the product provided that the package is in good conditions, unopened case with seal.

2. All returns and refunds applications will be verified properly by I2 Team. In case of the return has no valid reason from customer, the package will be returned back to the customer.

1. Once I2 service team receive such requests we will arrange to collect as soon as possible

1.1.3 Refund process

1. We will arrange courier to collect ASAP,the warehouse will arrange to detect and refund ASAP after warehouse receives your order,we will provide you with refund transaction within 10 working days, after you have the refund transaction, the refund depends your payment bank, the bank will take 10 working days to return to your account.

2.2 Replacement due to quality problems

2.2.1 Replacement Period

1. Within 14 days from the date of purchase, if a performance fault that is not caused by human damage occurs on the host of the product.

Replacement Guide

1. Please go to Huawei service center for detecting ASAP,The SC will detect at first, if the quality problem is confirmed, the SC will replace directly
